SA error code 3

I am using a version of SA where when I import a wav file it is telling me File not Converting error code 3. As the software is not open sourced I am not able to figure out what is happening. Can some please help me on this?

Hola. This error means that the wav format is not SA compatible or that the word is not too standard.
Mark options and check for 32 bits to see if you get a good presentatio,

Normally, you shoud open the file usin an audio editor laike adobe audition and save the file as wav PCM 16 bits.

Should SA fails to open the file, please compress it using zip and post here and I will try to see what happens.
