here a short recording of an OFDM modem heard on 23141.2 (signal center freq.): you have to resample it to 9600 Hz!
It seems to me 73 tones, the top tone un-modulated (pilot tone?). Here the parameters: Br 40, Sh 37.5, K 1/4, modulation seems to be PSK-4
Can you confirm?

After some hours of recording, signal shows groups of 4 segments about 7 minutes apart.

Regarding speed, I got 30 b.

There is 99.99 mS ACF. This points to some kind of scattered pilots repeating pattern every 3 symbols.

Said that, I bet we are facing some tests of HFDVL modem.

But we will need more signals and info.....

I could not get good recordings this morning but I'll try to monitor that frequency during the next days.

He contactado con el fabricante del modem, MM CICOM Telecomunicaciones S.L. y han sido tan amables de confirmar que son ellos los que estan haciendo pruebas con el HFDVL.

Con esto damos por identificada la señal.
